As your question is addressed to the TeX Live list, I assume that
you are using TeX Live, in which case I would expect all TeX
binaries to be in a directory ending ...\bin\win32 (or possibly
...\bin\win64). Is there any particular reason why you chose to
place your luajittex binary in such an unusual and non-standard
location ?<br>
