Some issues about TexLive 2021<br>

1)<br>
I ran the installer with ./install-tl --gui=perltk for a full
install on (updated) Ubuntu 20.04 <br>
It could not detect the symlink in /usr to my texlive directory<br>
The installers in 2020, 2019 etc. all could.<br>

tlmgr has language problems<br>
