counterproductive for what is likely a widely used class, but I guess

policy is policy.  It would be helpful if texdoc IEEEtran found that

file if the main documentation didn't exist. But this may not be

possible. As it stands now, texdoc IEEEtran brings up

testflow_ctl_A4.pdf which is not particularly helpful.<br>
