Well, maybe you need to brush up your English, but it says what it says,

namely that

        gpg is unavailable

or in other words, there is no gpg binary accessible in the path of your

machine.

That is all ... ;-)

    Well, let us not get into semantics, but "not verified", when it has

    been explicitly told not to attempt verification, still seems rather

    strange to me. <br>
