    I am pleased to be able to report that following this announcement,

    and even more importantly, following my adoption of Akira-san's

    suggestion to add the CURL certificate to my WGET suite, the TeX

    Live 2020 TL SHELL/MGR were happy to migrate from the pre-test

    repository to the main repository and to update therefrom.  The only

    thing that was updated was "Arara", but I imagine that that will

    change over the next 48 fours or so.  My sincere thanks to all

    imvolved.  I should also note that (again, following my adoption of

    Akira-san's suggestion to add the CURL certificate to my WGET

    suite), TL-Cockpit no longer just spins but appears to do everything

    that it should.<br>
