The GUI installation bug: get stuck at "running package-specific postactions" with TeXLive on windows system since TL2025

It seems that everything works as expected but I'm missing the string
"Welcome to TeX Live" in your screen shot.  I always see it when I
install TL on Unix on the command line.

I don't have Windows and thus can't reproduce the behavior but I would
expect the string "Welcome to TeX Live" in the Windows GUI installer
too.

Yes, if you invoke the installer on the command line you get back to
the prompt if it's finished and can still read everything the
installer wrote to screen.  The GUI installer can't close the window
by itself when it's finished because that would look like a crash.
