The GUI installation bug: get stuck at "running package-specific postactions" with TeXLive on windows system since TL2025

Hello!

Sorry for that I e-mail to the wrong email just now, to tldistro at tug.org

The question is reported more detailed at here:

To be brief, since the frozen version of TL2025, the source file `20250308.iso`, on windows OS, it would be something wrong with the GUI installation approach, by double clicking `install-tl.exe`, with the GUI installation, it get stuck at:

```
running package-specific postactions
```

All the following log didn't shown in the windows shown below:



Then it hang-on for a long time, and at one moment, the "close" button is lighten to be clicked, I have checked the `install-tl.log`, it shows that the installation is completed, and I can use TL2025 as normal,.

Thus, the bug, looks like only in the GUI terminals showing. And if I run `install-tl` in the terminal(via the command line), without GUI windows, everything goes smoothly.

I hope that this could be fixed in TL2026 on Microsoft Windows Operation System. Thx!
