ConTeXt in TeX Live

If I do a wget I get the following if that helps. So it seems it is redirected gtom https to http and then back due to some policy. Not sure where the anime image comes from, but I saw it as well in a browser before the last redirect.

Hi Norbert, hi Adam,

That doesn't work either (screenshot below), but it's unrelated to TL year apparently, it seems caused by the quick anime-style anti-chatbot stuff that appears briefly when opening the URL in a web browser, before being presented with a "403 Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource".

I think a couple of days ago when I first reported this, I could view <https://contrib.texlive.info/current> in Safari and Firefox; namely, face this anti-chatbot page, do whatever was required (which I don't remember), reach the website  nd inspect texlive.tlpdb there. Now all I get is the anti-chatbot page flash briefly (when I'm lucky) then immediately the "403 Forbidden" message before I can do anything.

In between I switched from macOS 15 Sequoia to macOS 26 Tahoe Beta, but I don't think that's related, as I see the same on my iPhone with iOS 18.
