ConTeXt in TeX Live

Hmmm, I thought that has been included into TLU already.

Oh dear, TLU misreads the data. The data is:
	depend minrelease/2023
	depend release/2100-nonfree
This means that TLContrib is valid for all releases 2023-2100, NOT only
for 2100.

I have taken this approach years ago since it ensures that after a TL
upgrade, TLContrib can be used without any changes.
Only when there are structural changes necessary, I change the
`minrelease`.

I don't know about TLU, but it is not the fault of tlmgr, tlmgr accepts
and interprets the above information correctly.

So I guess TLU is doing its own parsing and stumbles...
