ConTeXt in TeX Live

First reading that, I thought "Cool, users looking for the ConTeXt support files for Lucida OpenType can be redirected to this package, without having to install the whole ConTeXt distro outside TeX Live".

But then comes the matter, what's TLContrib and how to download packages from it using TeX Live Utility on the Mac?

I remembered vaguely it's a repository set up and maintained by Norbert. The instructions at

https://contrib.texlive.info/

are for tlmgr. I know I used successfully TLU with TLContrib a few years ago, can't remember how. Giving now

https://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlcontrib

as repository URL to TLU yields an error message

"Your TeX Live version is 2025, but your default repository URL appears to be for TeX Live 2100.  You need to manually upgrade to a newer version of TeX Live, as there will be no further updates for your version."

(see screenshot below).

Is this a configuration error on TLContrib, or am I using TLU in a way it's not supposed to be used?
