My understanding is that Max is making a release only when Hans does
-> no extra work for Hans. At least I understood from Max that Hans
still makes/tags a release of some sort every once in a while, like
every month or two. Hans?

Max is running his process every day to find out early about problems,
but that doesn't mean uploading to CTAN / importing to TL every day.
That, from my perspective, would be insane :).

following on a release by Hans, that will go to CTAN/TL.
