For the record: the lmtx source was included in the Master/source/ dir
in the .iso image, like the compiled sources for TL itself, ghostscript,
texworks, etc. It's true that all those sources are not installed by
install-tl or updated by tlmgr, though.

With Max's repackaging, the luametatex source is installed by tlmgr in
texmf-dist/source/context/base/ as part of TL's "context" package. -k
