Third Complete MacTeX Install Package

Folks,

We created new install packages for BasicTeX and MacTeX.
The new packages contain prebuilt format files,
so format files do not need to be
recreated in the final stage of package install. This saves
a lot of time at the end of installation.

For those who want technical details, the postinstall
script rebuilds some format files if the user
wants paper size "a4" instead of "letter". Also
at the suggestion of Herbert Schulz, the postinstall
script calls ``fmtutil-sys --missing'' at the end for
users who have their own non-standard formats.

Thanks to Bruno Voisin for checking that format files
are independent of the processor and independent
of the version of macOS running LaTeX.

The new packages have just been added to the
pretest, named

	mactex-basictex-20250226.pkg

and

	mactex-20250226.pkg

As a test, I installed the latest MacTeX on my
machine, which has a fast Arm processor. The
full installation, including both writing files
and running scripts at the end, took
1 minute and 20 seconds.

We'd appreciate additional testing.
