Missing files in TL25

Engine sources are never included with a standard installation of TeX

Karl and I wrote the description for LuaMetaTeX in the above link last
year, so if there's something incorrect there, let me know and I can fix
it.

The Lucida files are perhaps omitted intentionally since they're support
files for a non-free font, although I'm not 100% certain of TL's
policies here, so this might just be a mistake. The koeielettersot files
were included in TL24 and are included in the ConTeXt .zip file uploaded
to CTAN, so I have no idea why those are missing from the TL25 pretest.
