Complete MacTeX Install Package

The complete MacTeX-2025 install package is now in the pretest, titled

	mactex-20250223.pkg

This package might be upgraded before the pretest ends,
but it makes sense to install now and update using TeX Live Utility.

The package installed fine for me on a fast Arm machine; running the scripts
in 2 minutes.

The package has Ghostscript 10.04.0. We might change that to Ghostscript 10.05.0
in the final release, but only if that version is officially released before the
pretest ends.
