mactex-texlive-20250216.pkg fails

I spent all morning trying to make the BundleInstallScriptTimeout to work, Now
reading the very last line of the man page, I find the information also
pointed out by Bruno. The key BundleScriptInstallTimeout is 
only respected on recent versions of MacOS. So it is totally
irrelevant on Mojave.

At the moment I'm going to ignore the problem and rebuilt the current TeX Live package.
We can then test installing on other old systems. As Michael pointed out, running TeX Live Updater after the
installer fails solves the problem, so there is a work-around.
