Ghostscript 10.05.0 Release Candidate 1

The Mac install packages for Ghostscript 10.05.0 in the TL pretest
now support Mojave and above, the full range of macOS versions
supported by MacTeX. To accomplish this, tesseract support
in the Intel version of Ghostscript was removed; it is still present
in the Arm version. 

Tesseract support is a fairly new feature of
Ghostscript which we believe is never used by TL programs.
