MacTeX in Pretest?

Thanks for the info, I’ll see if I can get the pretest setup this way. 

@Karl, eventually I will want to test the new Gregorio binaries included in TeX Live, but I can get started by testing the new versions of the Lua(La)TeX engines against the Gregorio binaries I’ve compiled myself.
