PDF version 1.7 by default?

I strongly suspect that sending an 1.7 or 2.0 PDF to the printer
nominally compatible with 1.5 only would be just fine.  Still, nobody
wants to pay the cost of a printer run that goes bad, so setting pdf
version to the specified level seems to be a good idea.
