PDF version 1.7 by default?

If a viewer understands PDF 1.6, you can insert 1.6 objects into a 1.5
PDF and it will work although a warning can be displayed. If the
viewer does not understand 1.6, then the result of upgrading the main
file to 1.6 would be that the viewer fails and probably shows nothing.
I do not know what are the possibilities of current viewers, I hope
that they understand 1.7 but press indastry might require older
versions. Anyway, PDF version can be downgraded by ghostscript.
