Checksum error updating TeXLive

Greetings.

I saw an error updating TeXLive via the macOS TeX Live Utility (1.54 on a current OS).  A downloaded packaged failed its checksum test.  The logs are below.  This is from the second time of trying.

I then quit the application, relaunched it, and tried again, successfully.  This time, however, the download came from mirror.apps.cam.ac.uk [1].  I wonder if it would be worth investigating whether <https://gb.mirrors.cicku.me/ctan/systems/texlive/tlnet> has everything in the right place.

It remains possible that there is a problem at my end.  My device was recently enrolled in institutional 'management', so I'm on the look-out for any anomalies.  This doesn't _look_ like that to me, but anyone investigating this should be quick to blame me rather than the TL infrastructure.
