That's the correct link, and it's working for me right now.

The SVN web interface was briefly down on the 17th (certificate issues),
but has been up for the last 24 hours. In times of heavy load, sometimes
connections might time out, but if you try again 10 minutes later, it
should work then. There's also a chance that I've blocked your ISP from
accessing the SVN interface, but in that case, you should get a polite
error message (and I can easily whitelist you if needed).

So please try again, and if it's still not working, I can look into it
some more.
