Bug with texlive under Linux

Seems to be unrelated to TeX Live. We don't distribute anything related
to texindex.

texindex is part of texinfo, and we only include the texinfo TeX part,
nothing else.

For example, on my Arch system, I have
	texindex = /usr/bin/texindex
	texindex.awk = /usr/share/texinfo/texindex.awk
and both are not installed by TeX Live.

You might want to bring this up with your distro maintainer.
