Rotation in image Exif data not parsed

Hi,

Some image editors will save image rotations using Exif data. Since the TeX
back ends do not honor these rotations, sometimes images need to be
manually rotated within LaTeX or by resaving the image with the rotation. I
submitted this issue to the LaTeX Github (
https://github.com/latex3/latex2e/issues/1497), and David Carlisle
suggested I bring it up here instead.
