Hi all,

I know that this is not the right list but some ime ago it turned out
that all important people were here. Now depending on the language
switch \MakeUppercase can convert Armenian և alternatively to ԵՒ or
ԵՎ. Shouldn't \MakeLowercase convert both of them back to և?
Similarly, lowercasing of Եւ and Եվ should have the same result. I
hope that Arnak Dalalyan (Առնակ Դալալյան) [Cc] can write whether it is
correct.
