[EXT] TL 2024 cannot be installed on some Windows computers (again!)

Good catch! We desactivated the three (!) antivirus and it now works!

Unfortunately, I can't say whether the environment variable/administror execution changes something or not.

One again, it would be nice for the TL installer to give some hints when the install fails in such circumstances.
