[biblatex-apa] catalogue updated but not the package itself

Hi,

the catalogue info for biblatex-apa was updated to v9.16
(https://tug.org/pipermail/tex-live-commits/2022-June/022329.html),
which `tlmgr info biblatex-apa` confirms. But the package remains at
v9.15 (biblatex-apa.r63708.tar.xz) still (see i.e. apa.bbx).
