tlmgr and installation of binaries

To install just the binaries for 2 architectures, there wouldn't be "a 
lot of package to install".

(To me it seems a quite unnecessary discussion between a native British 
and an Austrian to correctly interpret the question by a French. There 
can always appear some unclear formulations.)

The answer by Zdenek seems to solve the problem, but one needs a (long) 
list of available packages.
