MiKTeX dvipdfmx (based on latest dvipdfmx sources) segfauls when invoked as dvipdfm: latex sample2e dvipdfm sample.dvi This is probably a bug in dvipdfmx.c around line 1082: my_name is not set. By the way, does it make sense to submit pull requests at https://github.com/TeX-Live/texlive-source?
