`nahuatl` package not in TeX Live

C:\TeX\Live\2021\texmf-dist\doc\latex\disser\templates\bachelor\1.tex 
and 
C:\TeX\Live\2021\texmf-dist\doc\latex\disser\templates-utf8\bachelor1.tex 
are not identical, yet have identical names.  Is this likely to cause 
problems, do you think ?
