    And additionally: On doc.html I can't find neither the documentation
    scrguide nor a link to koma-script, can you give me a hint?

koma-script was not present in doc.html because, at the koma-script
author's request/requirement, all the doc and src files are in the
normal runtime area, not split into the normal doc and src subgroups. It
has always been this way. (It is the only package done that way.)

I just tweaked the script that generates doc.html to take account of
this. Also threw in an HTML viewport declaration and played with the
header text while I was there. It should show up with tonight's update.
