ctan uploads imported into tlpretest

FYI, I think I've installed all the pending packages into tlpretest
(except for a couple cases where I wrote the authors). tlpretest
will get rebuilt nightly as usual for a while.

One warning: I had to update the asymptote support files today (asy-2.63
was released), so they are no longer in sync with the binaries. So no
need to report the resulting warnings. New asy binaries should be coming
tomorrow.

Thanks for all the reports already. Please keep them coming. It's
impossible that there are no bugs in the binaries :). --thanks, karl.
