Installation runs fine and basic documents build on x86_64-linux and
amd64-freebsd for me.

Just noticed that this glitch with missing binaries on platforms where
they don't exist is still up&running, both for TL19 (be it or not
already frozen), and TL20pretest. Given that in the meantime nobody else
bothered complaining, it is probably fine to leave it with that roughly
biennal reminder from me…
