TeXLive2019, TeXStudio and \input

Hello.

In our work we use TeXLive 2019 + TeXStudio.
On topics with some \input{} commands TeXStudio or TeXLive are very very slow down.
Opening, saving or even % command, when I do it with %\input{}

With 2015 TeXLive our colleagues do not such problems.

As an example of my .tex file is in attachment.

Would you, please, help?

We need to work, but it's so slow :-(
