`biber' binary from `darwinlegacy' doesn't work

The Biber maintainer is Phil Kime (philkime at kime dot org dot uk).
He and his co-volunteers provide the biber binaries for TL, by uploading
to sourceforge and thence to CTAN. All I do is copy them into TL.

Phil does not read this list, as far as I know, so please send biber
wishlist items / bug reports / whatever directly to him. Otherwise
it's unlikely anything will change. --best, karl.
