Should the option -profile imply -no-gui for ./install-tl? (TeX Live 2019)

Since the option -profile is for unattended installation of TeX Live
via ./install-tl, I wonder whether it should imply -no-gui
automatically (

Currently, the Tcl/tk dialog box still pops up (which requires human
interaction) when we do an unattended installation -profile, and we
have to specify -no-gui explicitly to suppress the dialog. Thanks!
