Font disappearance between TL 2012 & TL 2013

Trying to identify why the Lexicon of Abbreviations & Ligatures in Greek Minuscule Hands compiled without error in 2009 and will not do the same in 2019, I performed a binary search on all TL final releases within that period and have identified the boundary as being 2012/2013. Can anyone recall (or is it documented anywhere) why ugmm8a.pfb was present in TL 2012 and not in TL 2103 ?
