Hi,

That is strange... have yo done something to this file? Now on the
command line it is not active so it should be able to be replaced on
Windows ..

Sorry, my knowledge of Windows ends here. Most of the time it is a
problem of files being in use cannot be replaced/removed on Windows
(of course, how should this work - besides the rest of the world can do
it).

But this is not the case here ...

Hope that Siep has a better idea.
