Libertinus Serif bold has dissappeared

Hi,

this is not only a matter of font cache. It can be a change in the
algorithm of lookup of fomnt variants, it can be the change in the
font internals so that it is identified in a slightly different way
and the fontspec algorithm is unable to find the boldface variant. It
happens even with fonts distributed with TeX Live.
