1. "install-tl -gui wizard" and "install-tl -gui perltk" both say "TeX
   Live install 2019" (or something like that) but, on the rotated image
   on the left, it is still written "TeX Live 2018".
2. For an advanced and custom installation, the wizard suggests "-gui
   expert" option but, on the web page, the corresponding option is
   "-gui perltk". IMHO, "perltk" doesn't make sense and "expert" is more
   meaningful.
