TLPDB::_install_package: untar failed

Hi,

I'm trying to install TeX Live on the Windows 10 Professional computer
of a student of mine from the `texlive2019.iso' file mounted.

It systematically fails on a2ping's untarring:

  │ TLUtils::untar: E:\tlpkg\installer\tar.exe xmf
  │ C:\Users\...\a2ping.tar failed (in C:/texlive/2019)
  │ TLPDB::_install_package: untar failed
  │ Installation failed.
  └────

All the antiviruses have been disabled.
