Another issue with luatex finding .sty files

No the situation is not the same: lyluatex.sty is in tex\luatex and
not in tex\lualatex like lilyglyphs.sty

The search order for lualatex is

$TEXMF/tex/{lualatex,latex,luatex,generic,}//

so tex/luatex is searched after tex\latex.
