I now can prepare letters and documents.  I can work on the other problems later--I'll watch this list.

We needed to do some repackagingi in connection with your original
problem. However, there were some bumps in the road. Hopefully, this
will be sorted out in a few days. Meanwhile, the command-line
version of tlmgr should be unaffected.
