[tex-live] TeX Live for Debian -- freeze time -- package authors please read

Dear package authors,

[all that follows only concerns Debian's TeX Live packages, not normal
TeX Live installed via install-tl/tlmgr]

Debian will freeze for Buster very soon:
	2/12	soft freeze
	3/12	hard freeze
This is somehow close to TeX Live freeze, but a bit before. I will
probably upload new packages for Debian once more in beginning of
February.

If you want your new release in Debian Buster's TeX Live packages, please
make sure that it is in tlnet (TL) rather soonish, best before 2/6 or
so.
