[tex-live] installation of revtex4-1 is faulty

Meanwhile, Mark (Doyle, the revtex maintainer), CTAN, DavidC, and I have
been discussing. Mark has uploaded a new revtex4-2 (updated for
tonight's TL) which includes the distinct 4-1 files, as Enrico noted. So
I removed (again) revtex4-1. (revtex4, aka 4-0, is still there and
unchanged.) It is an odd situation, but it seems the best that can be
done at the moment.

For the future, Mark is thinking about moving to a scheme like
\usepackage[4-3]{revtex}
so that scads of filenames don't have to change with each release.
