[tex-live] latex+dvipdfmx reports glyphs issues when used with garamond option from mathdesign

Hi,

I found this earlier (short) thread

from a bit more than a year ago,

this appears to be same issue.

Maybe something is wrong in the way the Type1 font files are done
for mathdesign package with the mix-up in units as analyzed by Reinhard?
