mptopdf output file not numbered.

I've played with the two versions of 'mptopdf[.pl]' and found:

The bug lies in line 148 of the patched version: The match
should _not_ include the dot '\.', because this was not grabbed
in line 126 (and is not used in the following).

I took the liberty to remove the commented original lines and
refine the loop on '@files' some more. Attached is a revised
version of 'mptopdf.pl' that still works as intended.
