tlmgr check all...

Two list members reported errors from "tlmgr check all", so to see
whether my site sees that problem, I ran an update, the first in 5
days, that completed normally.

I then ran

So, I too see errors, but it is unclear to me whether they have any
significance.  A diff output for the t1.cmap files shows that the
first is version 1.00, and the second is 2.00.  The ot1.cmap files are
versions 1.000 and 1.002. The others have substantial differences.

I ran kpsewhich on the *.cmap files, and found that it reports the
older of the pairs.  In general, hash lookups for identically named
files in different directories produce unpredictable results.
