binary not added to PATH by tlmgr

Dear Norbert,

Thanks for your answer.  However, it is not path I was asking after, but
install.  But I think that is what you mean?  Slightly curious why
auto-invoking path after install would not be advisable, but may I
suggest this is announced more explicitly in the docs?  I found it very
confusing.
