TL 2019: xdvipdfmx can't include pdf: "xdvipdfmx:warning: Multiple DecodeFilter not supported."

The following document (which uses the hopefully attached pdf) works
fine in texlive 2018, but in texlive 2019 the graphic is not
included by xdvipdfmx, the space is left blank. 

xdvipdfmx reports:

[1(Image:./multiple-filter.pdf[./multiple-filter.pdf][PDF]
xdvipdfmx:warning: Multiple DecodeFilter not supported.
,Page:0)

This is xdvipdfmx Version 20190225 by the DVIPDFMx project team,
